Returns Qualification
The product is accepted for return provided it is in original condition, unused and is returned with all accessories and packing in an intact manner. A request for return must be raised within 7 days of delivery and strict scrutiny of the returned product will be conducted.
Refund Procedure
A refund, therefore, shall be placed unto your bank account once the company receives and examines the returned product. Refunds might therefore take up to 14 business days to reflect into your bank account owing to the policies of banks and payment providers. Processing fees, if any, may be deducted, however.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products, such as the used or modified forms of mining machines, software, and digital goods, are not entitled to returns and refunds. The company reserves the right not to accept returns on a product that has been damaged accidentally or is improperly used or for putting unauthorized repairs.
